French Drain

We are a certified drainage contractor following the industry’s best practices for French drains.  If you want to learn how your contractor should properly install your drainage system, check out the French Drain Man on YouTube.

The purpose of a French drain system is to prevent excessive moisture or water from accumulating and causing damage. By redirecting water away from areas such as foundations, basements, or landscapes, this system helps prevent water damage and reduces the risk of costly repairs.

We are committed to using best industry practices throughout the installation process, using high-quality materials. By adhering to these practices, we can ensure that the French drain system we install is reliable, long-lasting, and meets the highest standards of quality.

Bury Downspouts

If you are having water problems in your basement and around your foundation, one problem is the downspouts.  Downspouts typically empty out on a splash block.  The water can then make its way to your foundation and basement.  We can bury your downspouts to carry the water out into your lawn, minimizing the pressure against your foundation.  Having downspouts buried also makes mowing and trimming easier if the downspout empties out on a lawn.

Under Deck Drainage

If you have drainage issues under your deck we can help by addressing grading issues.  We can add fill dirt under decks to promote proper drainage away from the foundation.  This can help prevent foundation cracking and shifting.

Sump Pump Discharge

Most homes have the sump pump discharge on the ground right outside of the house.  This water then has a chance to saturate the ground next to the foundation and make it back to the sump pump.  This can also build up hydrostatic pressure against your foundation leading to cracking and movement.  Have us come inspect your sump pump discharge.  We will then come up with drainage plan to minimize the negative effects water can have on your house.

Grading

If you need the slope of your lawn adjusted to move water in the correct direction, we can come in with equipment and re-grade your lawn.  We have small equipment designed to fit easily into lawns with gates.  We can quote over seeding your lawn after grading or we can re-sod to give you a fresh start with a beautiful lawn.  Maybe your lawn just needs some new topsoil brought in to fill in some low spots, we can do that also.
